We are looking for a strong Mortgage Sales Manager that would be responsible for managing residential mortgage consultants. Greater Nevada Mortgage is a full service mortgage company with a complete line of products to include a portfolio option with flexible guidelines.     Responsibilities

    • Train and support a mortgage sales team in the areas of product knowledge, mortgage process, and applicable laws and regulations
    • Create an aggressive, customer focused sales culture that balances accountability for results while doing business in accordance with the company's core values
    • Ability to present relevant and timely market based production data to Senior and Executive Management
    • Ensure that the sales team adheres to a high standard of loan quality performance

     

    Qualifications

    • Mortgage experience required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
    • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when performing all job functions
    • Exercise time management skills and organizational skills
